If you have ANY issues with our products or service, please contact us immediately for a FAST resolution before leaving bad or neutral feedback!  We work tirelessly for 100% positive feedback and relish the opportunity to show you the Phones4All way of doing business.

 

Shipping:

  • We ship fast!  Same or next business day (excluding holidays) after payment is received.
  • No international shipping.
  • Signature required for all purchases over $350, for new buyers, or at our discretion.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.
  • We primarily ship United States Postal Service.  Other shipping services are used at our discretion.
  • Free: USPS First Class, delivery within 2 to 5 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express:  1-2 business days. (Overnight not available for all zip codes)

Returns:

We back our products with a 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE!

  • Money back or replacement (Buyer's Choice).  Please contact us before requesting a return, we can often offer a solution and a return will not be necessary!
  • Seller Pays for return shipping.
  • We ask that you inspect your purchase upon delivery and if found to be defective or unsatisfactory, please notify us within 30 days of delivery of any problems.
  • If you have an issue with your item, please contact us before leaving a review or feedback.
  • We are committed to delivering a fanatical level of customer satisfaction! Give us a chance to amaze you and  work with you to address and resolve your issue.

If a return is necessary please follow these steps exactly!

  • Remove your Gmail or iCloud account. This must be done BEFORE the device is factory reset.  After the accounts are removed, factory reset the device. If you do not do it in that order, we will need your Gmail or iCloud email and password to unlock the device.  If your device is returned with a user account lock, or security pin, we will not be able to offer a full refund until that information is provided. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this process!
  • Be sure to pack the device securely with the original accessories and OEM box, if applicable.  We suggest you utilize the same shipping container your device was originally shipped in. Always use sufficient padding!

Sales Tax:

6% will be collected when "Shipped To" address is in PA.  Other states may now require sales tax to be collected for online purchases, please check with your state requirements.

Once a refund is issued, the funds will be processed by and automatically go back to the original funding source (i.e. your credit or debit card, or bank account, etc.).  Refunds will post to your account within 1-3 business days from the date that they are processed.
